I have been working for ESSE since the summer term of 2018 after I got curious about their research and lectures when doing Introduction to Security myself.
Most of the time, I have been creating new labs and situating them within – at least intended to be – funny, often ironic stories to enhance the overall lab experience.
Moreover, I also annually assist with our lecture-internal ESSE CTF contest organization, and for the last couple of semesters, I introduced the new tutors to our workflow(s).
Since 2021, I have also worked in complementing our already existing lectures (until now Introduction to Security and Security for Systems Engineering) with security insights on Apple platforms.
Right now, I am primarily involved in ensuring that our newly introduced lecture Mobile Security lives up to the high ESSE standards and gets as popular among students as our other lectures.
