XXCV - XML X.509 Certificate Visualizer

This firefox plugin provides the possibility to display certificates contained within XML documents in human readable form. The tool is available as open source under the GPLv3 licence. In the background of the plugin a Java Applet does the extraction of information from the certificate.

Features

Display different information of a certificate within XML document
Does only modify the displayed DOM Tree and not the Source File
Possibility to configure displayed values
Enable/disable plugin on the fly
Display a list of all in the XML document contained certificates

Provide XML signature validation
Check validity of contained certificates
Check if certificate is a trusted certificate by using the keystore of the browser
